Same Age Nostalgia

I'm pretty sure today Natalie is exactly the same age that Charlotte was the day Nat was born. Every now and then, Natalie will make a face or say something that reminds me of Charlotte, but for the most part, I see them as two very different little girls. I'm hearing more and more often, though, that they look alike - - usually from people who don't know me or Ben very well.

Here is Natalie today, wearing a shirt that Charlotte wore right around the time Nat was born.

 

I'm just not sure I see the resemblance to each other the same way others do...

 

It's hard for me to believe that Charlotte was so little still when we brought Natalie home. Nearly-two-year-olds seem huge next to newborns! It's even harder to believe that in another 6 weeks, we'll be celebrating Nat's 2nd birthday already!
