7 Months!

A Day in the Life of Charlotte Grace at 7 Months Old...

7:30 - 8:00 - Wake Up (this is a goal!)

8:00 - 9:00 - Squirm, kick, and squeal through a diaper change, drink a bottle, eat some fruit puree (apples & pears - trying peaches this month), play on the floor while Daddy eats breakfast

9:00 - 10:30 - Nap - usually on Daddy in the recliner 

10:30 - 11:00 - Squirm, kick, and squeal through a diaper change, Daddy dresses me for the day

11:00 - 12:30 - Activity - Music class, story time at the library, go for a walk, or play play play with Daddy!

12:30 - Big lunch bottle + veggie puree (peas, sweet potatoes, squash) and yogurt

1:00 - 2:00 - Nap - usually in my crib

2:00 - 4:00 - Diaper, jump around, practice crawling, watch Sesame Street, go for a walk, read books, play play play with Daddy - also, Mommy usually comes home sometime soon! 

4:30 - Time for more milk!

4:30 - 5:15 - Nap - Sometimes with Mommy in the recliner!

5:15 - 7:30 - Diaper, play with mommy, read books, eat supper (2 vegetables), play in my Jumperoo while Mommy & Daddy eat, talk about our day

7:30 - BATH TIME!!! My new best friends join me in the tub - Penguin, Starfish, Blowfish, and Sharky!!! They're squirty toys that are the perfect size for me to squeeze & squeak my gums on! I sit up and slap at the water, talk to Mommy, and look for my feet in the suds. Mommy washes me, but I do my best to suck on the washcloth the whole time. 

8:00 - After I get my lotion & jammies on, Mommy brushes my fuzzy little head of hair, the lights dim, and Daddy reads books to me while Mommy gives me a biiiiig bottle. We say prayers as a family & Daddy says "night night." Mommy cuddles & rocks me until I fall asleep. Lately, I've enjoyed watching my projector on the wall behind us. Not sure why Mom didn't think to try out the projector that way sooner... 

8:30(ish) - 1:00(ish) Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

1:00(ish) - Daddy gives me a big bottle and I do my best to go back to bed. Sometimes he's just too entertaining & I don't want him to leave my side! 

1:30(ish) - somewhere between 4:30 and 7:30 - Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz (Sometimes I wake up earlier than Mom & Dad like, but I've been doing A LOT BETTER lately!)

I'm a very happy & funny baby! I roll around & army crawl all over the place. I'm trying hard to learn how to crawl, and am getting up onto my knees, but can't quite get moving yet. Keep your eye out, though, because I'm gonna get the hang of it any day now!! :o)
