Just shy of 16 months old, Natalie's hitting a mini word boom.
Mama
Dada
Gramma
Grampa
Boomer
bye
da (for down)
ba (for bath)
ba (for ball)
She also makes a "moww" sound for meow, and says "wuff wuff" sometimes :)
Nat understands what we're saying so much more than she can say herself. She talks all the time - babbles at us, even using hand motions and changing the tone of her voice depending on what she's trying to convey. We always joke that she's talking in complete sentences already - paragraphs even - it's just not in English.
It'll be here before we know it - a big old language explosion. I can't wait to hear what she calls herself, how she says Charlotte's name. And oh boy... the conversations those two will have!!
