Charlotte has been talking about bowling for a long time - probably a year now. But most recently after seeing an episode of Reading Rainbow that showed how bowling balls are made. Since Ben has a rare free weekend, we decided to take the kids bowling at Pheasant Lanes today.
As if bumper weren't the greatest invention for beginners, they have these amazing little dinosaur ramps now. Both Charlotte & Natalie were quite successful with the help of the dino ramp.
Take a moment to appreciate those adorable little toddler bowling shoes!!
They each tried it the old-fashioned way, too. :-)
There was plenty of cheering, clapping, encouraging, and celebrating, too!
Even more cheering and excitement with a trip to the vending machines!!
Nat also really enjoyed the glowing scoreboard lights and the hand blower :-)
